Kirsty is now at Middlesex University studying Dance. Where would we be without the Kirsty warm-ups? Thanks to Kirsty, contemporary dance has now come to Danceblast and everyone is loving it! For me Chasing cars was one of the most memorable dances from Total Eclipse.
Jenny joined Danceblast in September 1998 but we only discovered her great singing voice two years ago when she played the lead role of Electra. Jenny left us for a year to take a position as lead vocalist with the Haven Holiday camp in Tenby, We are delighted to have her back together with her partner Dan who has also joined Danceblast. Jenny is now available for singing lessons and childrens parties.
Blair has been with since November 2000. She became a student teacher last year. I am sure she won't mind me telling you that she was one of my 'noisier' students when she was younger. I have been really pleased with her work as a student teacher and wish her all the best in her new job, I am also delighted that she is staying with Danceblast despite having to give up her saturday teaching.
Chelsie joined Danceblast in April 1998, and became a student teacher in 2006. Having just finished her exams she is waiting to take up her place at Bath Spa to study Dance. I am sure everyone will agree that she has come on so much during the past twelve months as a teacher, choreographer and dancer. I look forward to watching her continued progress
We discovered last year that Lucy had an amazing voice as well as being an exceptional choreographer. She is proving this again this year with her choreography to thriller and Shake rattle and roll. Lucy got engaged to Mat this year and purchased her first home.
LIZ
Blair now has a job at the airport so is unable to continue teaching on saturdays, so Liz has joined us as a student teacher, Liz is known for great smile and enthusiasm for Danceblast, I hope she will be with us for a very long time.
