Turtles Rock was based under the sea where the overworld was ruled by the kind and caring King Prawn, the underworld however was ruled by the evil Electra. She wanted to own the ocean pump! This controlled the temperature and cleanliness of the ocean: in other words, it kept the fish alive. Electra wanted it because her much loved jukebox was running out of power. How could she carry on listening to her favourite Moulin Rouge music? Owning the pump would have given her overall power. Electra did not care about the other fish until her evil plans were foiled by an adventurous turtle and a very nervous clownfish. Needless to say she was shown the error of her ways!
